PACE Telematics, a German company from Karlsruhe and operator of the open Connected Fueling platform, is excited to announce the successful integration of around 360 additional gas stations in Denmark. Users can now make convenient and secure mobile payments at 180 Shell stations operated by DCC Energi, as well as 180 Go’on stations.

In our northern neighbor and popular holiday destination, Denmark, known for its high level of digitalization and technological affinity, the benefits of convenient digital services are especially appreciated. This has led to the increasing popularity of mobile payment solutions at gas stations. The integration of around 360 stations in Denmark offers greater convenience for both the Danish population and German cross-border travelers on vacation who want to refuel quickly and easily.

The integration of the new stations is immediately available to all users of the PACE Drive app and partner apps. Additionally, users of the DKV Mobility app (DKV APP&GO) have already been enjoying the benefits from the fast and easy mobile payment option at gas pumps in Denmark for some time.

At these new gas stations, users have access to payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards. Users can set up their preferred payment methods during registration and then use them directly in the app.

The PACE Drive app is available for free in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store and can be used on smartphones, smartwatches, and directly in the vehicle via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. With a two-step authorization process and data encryption, security is ensured at all times.
