Terms of participation and privacy policy

All existing and new PACE Pay customers who refuel in the EU and who pay during the promotion period (October 17, 2022 – December 30, 2022 11:59 p.m.) with the payment method giropay (except payments via ING-DiBa and Comdirekt) in the PACE Drive app (iOS or Android) are eligible to participate. After successful payment with PACE Pay during the promotion period, the invoice amount is automatically reduced by 8 cents per liter.

Valid for up to 5 refuelings with a maximum of 100 liters each during the promotion period. Only as long as the contingent is sufficient. Cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers, except for the Friends Refer Friends promotion in the PACE Drive app. Participation only from the age of 18. No cash payment. The legal process is excluded. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply exclusively. Mobile services (cellular) of your smartphone are required for the payment process, this may incur costs.

PACE Telematics GmbH is responsible for data processing in the sense of data protection law and processes the personal data of the participants for the purpose of carrying out the campaign. This is done based on the consent of the participants (Art. 6 para. 1 a) GDPR). The data processing related to the promotion will be terminated immediately after the end of the auction period. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place.

Furthermore, the participant has the rights with regard to the processing of personal data, which can be taken from the general privacy policy of PACE Telematics GmbH (there: at the end).

Participating gas stations are all gas stations that offer payments via PACE Drive in connection with giropay. More information about giropay is available at: giropay.de
