PACE Drive Business Starter

The free package for individuals who want to optimally organise their business trips.
Functions:

• Digital receipts for tax and accounting purposes
• Separation of business and private journeys
• Optional: Recording of mileage and licence plate number

PACE Drive Business Team

The subscription package for small fleets with up to 5 drivers.
Functions:

• All functions of the starter package
• Tax-compliant monthly exports of receipts
• Management of up to 4 additional drivers

PACE Drive Business is so easy to use

1. Set up an account:
Download the PACE Drive app, create your account and enter your company details.

2. Add a payment method:
Add a credit card as a payment method. This will be used for all transactions.

3. Invite drivers:
With the team package you can invite up to 4 more riders. Simply send invitation links that your riders can accept. Including the admin, up to 5 drivers can be registered.

4. Start business trips:
As soon as everything is set up, you can get started with PACE Drive Business. For each refuelling, you and your drivers can choose between business and private journeys. Find out here how you can easily pay directly at the pump with the PACE Drive app.

5. Receipts and reports:
All receipts are automatically saved digitally. Monthly tax-compliant reports make accounting easier.
